So very proud to announce our ACA All Big Bend golf awards: Meghan Schofil (Senior) was named 1st Team Tallahassee All Big Bend Player and PLAYER OF THE YEAR for Tallahassee All Bid Bend! Cody Smith (left) and Ryan Jackson (right) (Seniors) we’re both named 2nd Team Tallahassee All Big Bend! Way to go golfers!

Our football team achieved a great amount of success this year not only on the field but in the classroom and more importantly, for Christ. Postseason awards are starting to be released and our team and several players have been recognized.

Brock Wins ACA Farm Bureau Speech Contest

Emily Brock was the first place speech winner of the Florida Farm Bureau’s Youth Speech Contest at Aucilla Christian Academy today. Ryan Jackson placed second and Kaitlyn Lane placed third. Brock will go on to compete against students from other schools at the Farm Bureau office in Monticello on Thursday. Seniors spoke on the impact of agricultural mobile applications on the agriculture industry.

ACA JV Softball and Baseball Awards Announced

Aucilla Christian Academy Junior Varsity Basketball Awards were presented during Pow Wow on May 11, 2018 at ACA by Coaches Danny Deason and James Burkett. Girls pictured with Coach Deason (L-R): Addison Shriver (Most Improved), Kaey Chmura (Offensive Player of the Year), and Lena Kimmell (Defensive Player of the Year). Boys pictured with Coach Burkett (L-R): James Hightower (Warrior Award), Hunter Hughes (ACE Award), and Will Sullivan (Best Offensive Player).

Three More Warriors Sign to Play Collegiate Sports

Three more Aucilla Christian Academy Warriors have committed to play sports on the collegiate level next school year. Tima Finlayson will be playing golf for Shorter University, a Christ-centered private college in Rome, Georgia. Haley Jones has committed to ride on the rodeo team at Missouri Valley College, a four-year private college, affiliated with the Presbyterian (USA) Church in Marshall, Missouri. And, Katie James will be rowing on the crew team at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
