APPLICATION FEE: All applications must be accompanied by the nonrefundable $50 application fee in order for the student to be considered a candidate for admission.
ENROLLMENT FEE: Once a new student is accepted, a $200 nonrefundable enrollment fee and signed 2020-2021 agreement will reserve a spot for the upcoming school year. Enrollment fee and signed documents are due within two week of acceptance notice.
CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT: All current students will be assumed to be enrolled for the next year unless the school is notified by a given date. This $150 enrollment fee is billed for each student in the March billing. Payment of this fee by March 15 will guarantee each student a spot in the next grade level provided they meet all necessary promotional requirements.
TUITION: Statements will be set up on 12 monthly payments due the 1st of each month, starting July 1. A late charge is assessed on each monthly payment received after the 15th of the month. A $15 charge is assessed for returned checks. See the handbook at aucilla.org for additional information.

PK: Our full school hours are from 8:00 to 5:30. The rate for the full PK day is $647 per month. Our VPK portion of the day is from 8:00 to 11:30. Parents may choose to have their student exit the program each day at 11:30. The estimated full day rate for VPK is $290/month for 12 months. (Rate to be finalized after confirmation of rates from VPK) Parents may also choose to have their student exit the program each day at 2:30. The monthly amount for the 8:00 to 2:30 portion of the program is $497 per month. If a student is enrolled as a VPK student, that amount will cover all of the VPK portion of the day. The parent will be expected to pay the difference for the remainder of the rate for VPK participants in the full day or 2:30 exit for 12 months. These amounts will be finalized after confirmation of rates from VPK.
BUS: Bus transportation is available for $850/year or $85/month for 10 months, billed August to May. Non-bus students are charged $5 per day, one or both ways.
CAPITAL OUTLAY: Parents enrolling their children for the first time at ACA will be charged a one time $480 new family fee for capital outlay. This fee may be paid in full or paid over a 24 month period at $20/month.
AP students will be responsible for paying all AP exam fees.
